Toni Marshall: Profile

Toni trained in Fine Art and Printmaking at Winchester college of Art and Brighton University, and has worked as an artist and graphic artist for over 10 years. Her artwork has many inspirations, from the human form, flowers to typography and textile patterns. Toni travelled the world for two years spanning 3 continents and 14 countries. During travelling she became a Padi certified Advance diver and enjoyed underwater photography, and in Bali she learnt the craft of Batik. The many vibrant cultures and landscapes have brought a wealth of content to her imagery.

Images are made in various ways. Painting can be a mix of watercolour, oil and acrylic. Printing incorporates etching, litho, and photo screen print. Digital illustration is created using various art packages.

Toni has previously exhibited at galleries in London, Hampshire, Brighton and Essex. She has worked as a graphic designer for Essex County Council, and a magazine designer for Northern and Shell Plc.
